Mounted in 18ct Gold, an antique Silver one real Spanish coin dated to 1801 and showing the profile of Charles 4th (Carolus IIII). Charles IV was King of Spain and the Spanish Empire from 1788 to 1808. The front shows a bust of Carolus IV facing right in Roman fashion with the legend: DEI GRATIA CAROLUS IIII 1802; the reverse a pair of pillars separated by a crowned shield with lions, castles and three Fleurs-de-Lis with the legend: HISPAN ET IND REX MH 1R J.
